Ingredients

  • Chopped Spinach leaves 1 cup


  • Roasted peanuts 1 cup


  • Soaked chenna 1 cup


  • Lemon 1


  • Salt 1/2 tsp


  • Black Pepper powder 1/2 tsp


  • Olive oil 1 tsp


  • Raw banana 1/2 piece


  • Chopped green chillis 2

Directions

  • Keep all ingredients ready
  • Cut raw banana into pieces after removing skin. Boil in water for ten minutes till it becomes soft and strain excess water
  • Take a bowl, add soaked chenna, peanuts, spinach, raw banana, salt, pepper powder and green chillis -mix well
  • Add olive oil and lemon juice
  • Mix well. spinach Legumes nutri salad is ready to eat
